I commend Roy Dean for continuing to move Gracie Jiu-Jitsu into the digital world through this application. Hes an innovator, yet stays true to the fundamentals and teachings of the art. There arent too many apps on the iPad or iPhone for Jiu-Jitsu, and, even if there were, this definitely sets the bar and defines the quality standard. This free download will surely whet your appetite for more quality instructional applications. This is a great app! With my busy schedule and not nearly enough time (or money) to train when I want, this free app allows me to review and prepare for my upcoming blue belt exam wherever I am. The quality of teaching simplifies the moves and breaks down the techniques so I can be ready to practice when I go to my certified trainer. Thank you Roy!!

Not bad for a free app! Roy is very clear when he demonstrates his techniques!

This app is amazing and deserves five stars. I would love to purchase the other apps that comes from the Roy Dean Academy but to charge $40 per app is absolutely ludicrous. I would never pay over $4-5 for such an app. Maybe $10 but thats pushing it. Lower the prices of the apps and I guarantee you that youll make a lot more sales.

i downloaded the updated app, and it wont play.

This app has a ton of great BJJ content and could easily be a paid app. I deleted the old version and downloaded the new one and it works fine for me!

Mr. Dean rocks socks. Clean efficient, and just plain cool. Some updated content would be good, though I understand a mans gotta eat.

This App is awesome. I would actually pay for it. There is a tremendous amount of information. Best Free APP on Jiu-Jitsu out there.

All of his apps are great. Type Roy dean academy and check out all his apps. A little pricey, but better than wasting money on cheaper apps and getting less quality.

Beautiful video, clear explanations with enough repetition. If released as part 1, 2, 3 it would load faster and be less likely to crash. I would pay 1.99 for each part. Ross
